Why we built StaffEmp
Companies looking beyond their own market for talent usually get pushed toward a false choice: pay full US rates, or gamble on cheap labor and hope the quality holds.
What we saw was that the real problem was never cost — it was trust. Could a company get genuinely qualified people, properly employed and accountable, who slot into their team and work to the standard they'd expect from their own hires?
That's the question StaffEmp was built to answer. We vet hard. We employ the people ourselves — in the US through StaffEmp Inc., and in India through our own subsidiary. And we stand behind them. You get talent you can rely on; we carry the employment, the compliance, and the risk. The cost savings are real — but they're the result of a better model, not the reason to choose us.

Incorporated in the US, accountable in the US
StaffEmp Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, with a US office in Dover. As a US company, we're accountable under US jurisdiction, and our own India subsidiary employs our offshore staff directly.
How we work
We are the legal employer. You direct the work.
When you build a team with StaffEmp, we are the legal employer of every person on it — US staff through StaffEmp Inc., offshore staff through our India subsidiary. You direct their day-to-day work exactly as you would your own employees. We handle payroll, taxes, benefits, and statutory compliance in both countries. What that means for you: no employment liability, no foreign entity to set up, no misclassification risk — and all work product is yours.
